Onze ervaring met Urban Homies was van begin tot eind uitstekend. Hoewel Carina ons enorm heeft geholpen tijdens het hele huurproces, willen we Gaby in het bijzonder bedanken voor de fantastische ondersteuning die hij ons heeft geboden tijdens de bezichtiging en de verhuizing. Verhuizen van de Verenigde Staten naar Amsterdam is een grote stap, en Gaby zorgde ervoor dat we ons vanaf dag één welkom en op ons gemak voelden. Hij was professioneel, vriendelijk, deskundig en nam de tijd om al onze vragen uitgebreid te beantwoorden. Zowel tijdens de bezichtiging als bij de verhuizing deed hij er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel, georganiseerd en stressvrij verliep. Wat ons het meest opviel, was zijn positieve instelling en oprechte bereidheid om te helpen. Internationaal verhuizen kan een uitdaging zijn, maar Gaby's steun maakte echt het verschil en hielp ons om dit nieuwe hoofdstuk goed te beginnen.
