He made a fake valuation estimate, extra bad because he has a friend who wanted my house but didn't want to pay much for it. So they estimated the house almost 50,000€ less. He waives the first right of purchase without consulting with the owner. And is very unfriendly towards buyers he wants to get rid of. A female salesperson is not taken seriously and belittled. Because you shouldn't think that as a woman you have anything to say. He works together with Hamstra, who clears out houses and does relocations; this Hamstra is a friend of Overzet, he loads his car full of goods from the people who need to empty the house and then sells them privately. Of course, without the owner's permission. He acts as if he has a whole team of people working for him. In reality, he is alone. But the bill is almost 10,000€. These 2 People work hand in hand with each other. Keep your fingers away from these 2 People.
