Répondre aux courriels, ils ne le font pas ici. Finalement, il s'avère que l'appartement a été vendu 20.000 moins cher que ce que j'aurais voulu offrir. Avantage pour moi évidemment, car je n'ai pas acheté inutilement une maison trop chère.
