At the very moment our house came for sale online, the housing market seemed to suddenly collapse. For over 2 months, the house was the only senior residence in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and yet it wasn't possible to sell it. A single viewer came but each viewer had a different point where they objected. After months, during which no offers were made, some movement occurred after the Open House day. When the realtor did a ‘move’, listing the house for ‘bidding starting at’ we finally received an offer. Admittedly €50,000.00 below the asking price. With such a lower amount of proceeds you quickly become inclined to be less positive about the realtor while he really did his best. What was the reason? No idea. The market, the price, the house, the neighborhood, etc. etc. The house is sold and that marks the end of a period of uncertainty.
