They are friendly and helpful when they communicate with you. Had some problems with the new apartment, according to real estate agents it was a short circuit that would be resolved within a few hours (took much longer), had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Edit: it's now 5 months since I moved into this apartment and I still don't have a working intercom (opened a ticket in week 2)

Mark helped us very pleasantly with the sale of our house. He guided us through all steps in the process and thought along well with us. The approach was very personal, and the communication was good. The way he approached viewers and buyers is also personal, which we found very important. For example, Mark calmly reviewed the purchase contract with the buyers because they did not have a purchasing broker themselves. The period between sale and transfer can be long, and Mark would occasionally check in to hear how things were going. Until the moment of transfer, we could turn to him with our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. With the approach and presentation of Aan de Maas Makelaardij, we were able to sell our house with a very beautiful result and fully adhere to our intended planning.

He understood our wishes, knew the neighborhood, and was also always open to our eccentric opinion. Mark therefore guided us in a very pleasant and patient way during the sale, and it could not have taken place in a better way. We also had very good contact with Maarten in a short period of time. Buying an apartment in the Netherlands is not an easy task, especially if you don't live locally and don't know how the Dutch market works, so choosing Maarten as my real estate agent was one of the best decisions in this process. Before Maarten started house hunting, I had already viewed 3 houses myself, but during the next three viewings with Maarten, I quickly realized that having an experienced real estate agent by your side is a great asset. He has a very sharp eye for detail and made sure he took notes during each viewing and pointed out important things that I would definitely miss. I immediately felt calm in this process and trusted Maarten completely. He was available on WhatsApp when I had questions and kept in touch, even during the mortgage process, which takes several weeks, and afterwards. From the start, communication from MOIB was transparent, expectations were clearly managed, and enthusiasm for our search was palpable. What a fantastic experience!!! We responded by email within 4 minutes to an info mail that a house was for sale and within 5 minutes my phone rang: Tanja on the phone. And that on a Saturday afternoon! Rarely have I met someone with so much passion and enthusiasm for the profession. During the viewing, the enthusiasm shone through; Tanja is very knowledgeable and gives very satisfying answers to all questions. The way of working via honest bidding also appeals to us very much, very correct and no room for shenanigans (but exciting). We look forward to the apple pie 🤗.

As home seekers, my partner and I have met several real estate agents, but none are as good as Tanja Mulder. Tanja is very skilled, expert, and very thorough in her work and during the viewings. My partner has ADHD and Tanja knows how to handle that very well. Let him look and give me the information. Which resulted in my partner and I both leaving the property with a good feeling and a good impression. Although that property didn't become it, we found another amazing house particularly quickly thanks to the lovely contact with Tanja (and later also her husband Henk).
