Het belangrijkste was dat ik midden in het aankoopproces in een ietwat ongebruikelijke situatie terechtkwam en Thomas er alles aan deed om de deal rond te krijgen. Zonder hem had ik het 100% opgegeven. Ik kan ook zeggen dat het online pakket meer dan voldoende voor me was: hij hielp met de prijsinschatting, de buurtkeuze en alle vragen over de documenten etc. Ik denk eerlijk gezegd niet dat je de aanwezigheid van een makelaar nodig hebt tijdens een bezichtiging (tenminste niet bij de aankoop van een appartement in een grote stad). Hoewel zelf kopen ook mogelijk is, is een makelaar zoals hij in lastige, ongewone omstandigheden toch erg waardevol.
