I know it doesn't have much to do with the company in general, but I wanted to share this somewhat unpleasant experience. We were driving over one of the drawbridges in Haarlem and had the window open. At some point, a company van drove past at full speed and sprayed all the water on us. I hope it was a misunderstanding, but I wanted to share my experience.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. They not only don't respond and are unprofessional, they also don't fulfill their responsibility for the maintenance of the common areas (halls), for which we pay monthly. It's theft, and I sincerely hope that no one who reads this ever has to deal with their behavior. My message to the company: do better. The lives of real people are in your hands, and if you treat them poorly, that says something about your values as an organization. Addition: Yes, this is meant for you. One of the most unpleasant experiences ever had with a realtor here. The secretary was incredibly rude, and didn't seem to understand that her salary is paid by the customers she treats so roughly. The second lady we spoke with was fortunately able to provide service politely.

They don't want you to understand your contracts or ask questions. There were a few unusual things in the proposed contract, so I also asked a professional about the local legislation and what the consequences for me would be. After I asked this company if one sentence could be clarified or changed (but also that I would sign without changes), they wrote me an offensive email in which they said my values clearly don't align and that I was disrespectful and unreliable. Afterwards, you can't even call them after 11:00 am in the morning and they also don't call you back on your emails to check if there was a misunderstanding. The rude treatment I've ever experienced. No interest in decent communication or problem solving. If you have questions, you're a bother. Very unprofessional!
