Very disappointing course of events. After a pleasant viewing on Friday, we were told that the property was “free”. We then indicated that we would come with an offer on Monday. On Monday, we made our offer, but afterwards the agent was not reachable in any way. Upon inquiry at the office, it turned out that the property may have already been sold over the weekend, but they could not provide clarity on this. The agent was supposed to call us back by 12:00 for clarification, which did not happen. Afterwards, it was promised again that contact would be made by 15:00 and later by 17:00, but both times there was no response. We used the weekend and Monday morning to carefully come up with an offer, and we were in uncertainty the entire Monday. If there were multiple interested parties, an application procedure would have been the correct and transparent way. The failure to follow through on promises and the lack of clear communication we find completely unprofessional.

De slechtste ervaring die ik ooit met een makelaar heb gehad Ze zijn extreem passief-agressief. Als huurder staan ​​ze je niet bij als er problemen zijn met de woning (met name Etienne Kwa). Waarschuwing voor expats: ze maken ook deel uit van oplichtingspraktijken om een ​​groot deel van je borg af te pakken. Wees voorzichtig bij het verlaten van een huurwoning en schakel een advocaat in. Tijdens een winter, toen mijn vrouw zwanger was, ging onze verwarming kapot. Het duurde meer dan 3 maanden om hem te repareren. Nadat we hen hadden laten weten dat ik juridische hulp zou krijgen, stuurden ze plotseling iemand om het te repareren. Ik heb direct met de verhuurder gesproken en hij deelt ook een aantal van onze zorgen. Helaas kan ik niet minder dan 1 ster geven. Verhuur niet via hen.
