Ze nemen steevast veel meer aan dan ze aankunnen en het enige waar ze betrouwbaar in zijn, is het versturen van facturen en het tijdig innen van betalingen. € 5.000 betalen voor deze service komt er eigenlijk op neer dat je betaalt om je Makelaar 24/7 achterna te zitten, terwijl je je fulltime baan behoudt en zelf het onderzoek moet doen dat je Makelaar eigenlijk had moeten verzorgen. De realiteit is dat de Makelaar-branche in Nederland fundamenteel kapot is – een oplichterij die kopers bij elke stap in de steek laat. Je kunt veel beter een competente financieel adviseur inhuren en alles zelf regelen dan op deze bureaus te vertrouwen. Met de recente ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI is het slechts een kwestie van tijd voordat dit businessmodel instort – en ik zal het moment waarop dat gebeurt toejuichen.
