Mijn vriend en ik waren op zoek naar ons eerste gezamenlijke koophuis en dat is knap lastig als je graag in (omgeving van) Amsterdam wilt blijven, maar wél op zoek bent naar een tuin voor de hond en minimaal 3 slaapkamers. Salvador was gedurende de hele zoektocht zeer betrokken en behulpzaam. Er zijn vele sketches en grappen te vinden over de "Amsterdamsche Makelaar". Lange blonde kakker, haren glad achterover, op een Vespa door de straten rijdend. Je voelt je vaak alsof hij jou iets aan het verkopen is, ook al heb je gevraagd JOUW huis te verkopen. Bert past niet in dat stereotype. Bert is authentiek, eerlijk, en optimistisch. Na een eerder avontuur bij een andere makelaar, wist hij precies de vinger op de zere plek te leggen bij waarom hun strategie niet werkte. Maar hij legde niet alleen zijn ervaring in de weegschaal - hij had ook direct al marktonderzoek gedaan en collega-makelaars gebeld voor inzichten en mogelijke leads. Wat een verademing en proactiviteit - en dat alles voordat we ook maar een overeenkomst hadden gesloten! Vanaf daar ging alles no-nonsense verder. Zijn overeenkomsten zijn begrijpelijk. Zijn backoffice reageert kordaat. Bert en team houden je continu op de hoogte, geeft duidelijk verslag van elk bezoek en stelt strategie bij wanneer nodig. Waar we ons bij de andere makelaar een nummertje waanden, liet Bert ons voelen alsof wij zijn enige klant waren. Waar onze andere makelaar het in 10 maanden niet lukte om enthousiasme op te wekken, wist Bert na enkele weken 3 biedingen binnen te slepen. En waar menig makelaar na een geaccepteerd bod zijn focus zou verleggen naar nieuwere verkopers, bleef Bert volledig betrokken. Openstaande punten, erfpacht, notarisdocumenten, onze vragen - hij zat overal bovenop, soms zelfs tijdens zijn vrije dagen (eeuwig dank!). Pas toen de laatste krabbels gezet waren, kregen we een oprechte knuffel, handdruk, een prachtige fles om het te vieren, en de allerbeste wensen voor de toekomst. Bert heeft oprecht het beste met je voor, en dat merk je aan alle interacties. Hij geniet zichtbaar van wat hij doet, en dat maakt hem de beste makelaar die je je kunt wensen.
