Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Laura en Iris. Het was erg belangrijk voor me dat er twee makelaars aan me werden toegewezen, omdat er altijd iemand beschikbaar was voor bezichtigingen en vragen. Ze reageerden ook ongelooflijk snel op mijn WhatsApp-berichten – meestal binnen een uur, vaak zelfs binnen enkele minuten. Ze konden me goed adviseren over de buurt, de wetgeving en wisten precies wat ze moesten vragen tijdens de bezichtigingen en waar ik op moest letten (bijvoorbeeld tips waar ik zelf niet aan zou denken, zoals "het is een appartement op de bovenste verdieping met een recht dak, dus verwacht dat het er in de zomer erg warm kan zijn"). Ze planden bezichtigingen heel snel in en communiceerden uitstekend met de verkopende makelaar, waardoor ik altijd op de hoogte was van de actuele situatie (kunnen we de tijd nemen om erover na te denken, moeten we een bod overwegen, en voor welk bedrag ongeveer?). Het hele proces, van de eerste bezichtigingen tot het tekenen van het contract, duurde minder dan twee maanden, mede dankzij hun snelle reacties en het regelen van diensten via hun netwerk (bouwkundig inspecteur, notaris, etc.). Wat me echt opviel, was hoe stressvrij ze de hele ervaring voor me maakten. Het enige wat ik zelf hoefde te doen, was langskomen voor bezichtigingen en aangeven of ik het appartement leuk vond. Wat me echt imponeerde en waar ze zeker een compliment voor verdienen, was hoe ze in mijn belang handelden. Op een gegeven moment adviseerden ze me om niet overhaast een te hoog bod uit te brengen, maar om de vraagprijs te bieden, ook al wisten ze dat mijn budget dat toeliet. Het liet me zien dat ze echt begaan waren met de beste deal voor mij, en niet alleen met een snelle deal voor zichzelf. Uiteindelijk heb ik dankzij hun advies aanzienlijk minder betaald dan ik aanvankelijk bereid was te bieden.
