Afterwards too, everything went in consultation with Douwe and we were kept well informed. A great plus was the communication with Klaske. She is the one who arranges everything at the office. If we had questions, we always received a quick and friendly response from Klaske. We have never seen her, but it feels as if we know her personally. This made the collaboration run quickly and smoothly. Douwe is very professional, honest and not the stereotypical slick broker. We completely trusted his decisions.
