Wij hebben onze woning gekocht én verkocht bij CSV makelaars en zijn enorm tevreden. In samenwerking met onze aankoopmakelaar Peter Paul hebben we eerste instantie een aantal woningen bezichtigd waarin hij ons altijd goed geadviseerd heeft. Hij denkt enorm goed mee en heeft een bouwkundig oog plus veel kennis van de woningmarkt. Dit was voor ons echt een aanvulling. Daarnaast is het prettig dat de makelaar een groot netwerk heeft waardoor hij makkelijker schakelt tussen alle partijen en op de hoogte is en blijft van alle ontwikkelingen. Na zo’n prettige eerste samenwerking hebben we besloten ook de verkoop via CSV - Peter Paul te laten doen. Ook in dit proces gaan ze zeer vakkundig te werk en kwamen met goede adviezen waardoor we ons huis goed verkocht hebben en het met een positief gevoel hebben afgerond. We zouden hen aan iedereen aanbevelen. Zowel voor aankoop als voor verkoop!

Hele goede makelaar! Peter-Paul heeft mij geholpen met het zokeen van het perfecte huisje. Niet alleen was hij erg betrokken en nam hij goed mijn smaak in acht, ook heeft hij veel verstand van panden en wist hij precies waar hij naar moest kijken en vragen om eventuele gebreken aan het licht te krijgen. Did the minimum and really didn't have my interests as a priority. It felt like easy money without doing much work. I didn't get the feeling that he went all out for me. The photos were mediocre; the text on Funda wasn't great either... I had to bring it to life myself. He wanted everything done as quickly as possible, regardless of whether it was actually the best outcome or not. He was very accommodating to the buyers' wishes rather than what was best for me. Realistic and businesslike, definitely not a stereotypical slick broker riding around on a Vespa or in a Brio. Strategically strong when it comes to setting price and negotiations.
