Wat een walgelijk makelaarskantoor. Hun makelaar heeft het hele appartement geïnspecteerd voordat ik verhuisde. Ze schreef in een rapport dat alles er goed uitzag... schoon, ze zei zelfs dat het er "beter uitzag dan toen ik erin trok". Nadat ik vertrokken was, besloten ze op de een of andere manier dat ik voor de schoonmaak moest betalen. Dat heb ik gedaan. Nu, twee jaar later, heb ik mijn borg nog steeds niet teruggekregen en ben ik opgelicht met de rekeningen. Dit makelaarskantoor, dat alle contracten regelde, heeft nooit geprobeerd me te helpen. Our first contact with Broersma took place in a complex legal context, with ongoing issues between us as owners. That made the situation at the beginning uncomfortable and confusing. It was difficult to determine who would take which role and what information would be shared. Looking back, it's regrettable and time-consuming, but also understandable that it proceeded so laboriously. What made a huge difference for the entity was that Glenn van der Zanden decided at a certain point to take the initiative and took over our sale. That brought calmness and clarity. We huurden van 2021 tot 2024 een appartement via Broersma Makelaardij in Amsterdam. Aanvankelijk verliep alles soepel – onze verhuurder werkte samen met een makelaar genaamd Florence, die er efficiënt voor zorgde dat we het appartement konden betrekken. Toen het echter tijd was om te verhuizen, nam de ervaring een onverwachte wending. Florence en de verhuurder gedroegen zich onprofessioneel, hielden belangrijke informatie achter en maakten duidelijk dat we geen hulp zouden krijgen bij het terugkrijgen van onze borg van € 5.500, ondanks dat we het appartement na 3,5 jaar in goede staat hadden opgeleverd. Kort na onze verhuizing vernamen we dat Florence Broersma Makelaardij om onbekende redenen had verlaten... Toen we contact opnamen met andere medewerkers van Broersma Makelaardij om bewijs te verkrijgen van de reparaties die zogenaamd de inhouding van onze volledige borg rechtvaardigden, reageerden ze afwijzend en onwillig. Ondanks dat ze zichzelf profileren als een hoogwaardig makelaarskantoor, toonden ze geen interesse in een eerlijke behandeling voor alle betrokken partijen bij een huurovereenkomst, inclusief de huurders. Door hun weigering om contact op te nemen met de verhuurder en documentatie over de reparatiekosten op te vragen, hadden we geen andere keuze dan een advocaat in te schakelen en rechtstreeks juridische stappen tegen de verhuurder te ondernemen. Als u overweegt om via Broersma Makelaardij te huren, raad ik u aan om daar nog eens goed over na te denken. Hoewel ze in eerste instantie professioneel overkomen, bieden ze geen enkele steun wanneer het er echt op aankomt.

Deze makelaar is echt heel slecht en extreem onprofessioneel. We hebben hun diensten gebruikt om ons appartement in Amsterdam te verhuren. Toen we het contract tekenden, leek alles in orde. Na een jaar is er echter een jaarlijkse huurverhoging. Ze stuurden ons een brief met een verhoging van 3,5% en we hebben die bevestigd. Toen de huurder vertrok, kregen we van de andere makelaar te horen dat er na het eerste jaar slechts een verhoging van 2% geldt. We waren compleet verbijsterd en hebben hen talloze e-mails gestuurd, maar kregen geen antwoord of reageerden pas na lange tijd (bijvoorbeeld maanden). Totdat het contract afliep, kregen we nog steeds geen redelijke verklaring en zeiden ze alleen maar: "U heeft per ongeluk een verkeerde indexbrief ontvangen." Als u, net als wij, expats bent en op zoek bent naar een goede en professionele makelaar, raden we hen absoluut af.
