De borg is bovendien nooit in het beheer van de makelaar, maar van de verhuurder. Wij hebben de verhuurder vervolgens op alle geconstateerde gebreken gewezen. Toen is besloten een schadestaat op te maken. Tot slot is een deel van de borg binnen een redelijk termijn van twee weken gerestitueerd. Al met al hebben wij als bemiddelaar beide partijen geholpen waar mogelijk.
