Dit makelaarskantoor heeft mijn woning voor een lagere prijs verkocht dan verwacht. Ik had Maaklerij gevraagd om een ​​lastige verkoop met twee eigenaren te begeleiden. Ik werd met geen enkel respect behandeld. De notaris die een kopie van mijn paspoort had, werd vóór de ondertekening aangewezen en ik werd buitengesloten van het ondertekenen van de verkoopdocumenten van mijn woning. Een belangrijke factor die je mist, is dat we door de rechtbank zijn aangesteld om de verkoop te regelen, aangezien je niet met je ex-partner samenwerkte. We hebben het huis uitstekend verkocht en een geweldige prijs gekregen. De manier waarop je met de situatie bent omgegaan was erg slecht. Deze recensie klopt wat mij betreft helemaal niet.

I had to sell my house through one of your colleagues. 1. To exceed the value of the house and say that it would be sold within a week (very confidently). 2. Botch photoshoots. 3. At some point, I noticed there weren't many bids, I reversed the value and made up excuses (within 2-3 weeks). 4. Not respond, but arrive on time. 5. Not keep us informed during the sales process. I received information from the notary instead of from you (information that you should actually provide). Do you want more or do you need more? Lody, Fleur en Caroline hebben ons fantastisch geholpen bij het vinden en kopen van ons eerste appartement in Amsterdam. Pleasant realtor, accessible and above all no pressure for the potential buyers! No 'knife to the throat' mentality in this hysterical housing market. YOUR HOME approaches it all a bit more relaxed. The communication among each other could be slightly faster/more effective in my opinion and you notice that realtors are just very busy. So you have to stay alert yourself, I noticed.
