For years applying the maximum price index, no response to leniency requests, very slow reaction to delayed maintenance, no support during corona for the tenant, service costs one-sidedly increased due to adapted fiscal legislation. Beware if this is the manager of your (business) property! And it keeps going...: a day after we did not agree to the proposal to swallow the VAT problem of the landlord, a permit application is submitted without consultation for a parcel machine at our shop facade!

Today I had an appointment with this real estate agency. When I entered the meeting to get information about buying a house, they unfortunately spoke to me in a mocking, laughing and sarcastic manner. They prevented me from continuing to talk to me in a very impolite way. If you want accurate information about buying a house, I strongly advise against coming here, as they make fun of you badly. For an employment contract, you can only get €50,000 in mortgage! They used a calculator from the tenth century to calculate how much mortgage I could get!

Don't rent from these people, you will never see your deposit (with me €3200!) again. They come to the apartment twice to check it and say everything is fine and that you will get your deposit back without problems. After you have returned the keys, they go back to the apartment and will turn it upside down like the FBI to find even the smallest damage to use against you. My house sold right in the middle of the Corona period. Everything went very smoothly and there were super many possibilities to do everything as I found pleasant. I chose to do as much as possible digitally. This went pleasantly. Quick response to emails and phone calls, and there were regular calls about how viewings were going. For me, a sales broker is a significant expense, but with all the chaos around Corona, I have not regretted the decision to work with KRK makelaars.
