Onze ervaring met Marcus was in een woord geweldig. Een en ander kwam bijzonder professioneel over. De communicatie was heel erg prettig. Marcus was altijd bereikbaar en anders belde hij meteen terug. Ook stelde hij ons steeds weer op ons gemak dat alles in orde zou komen. En dat in zestien dagen.

Weinig doen voor veel geld is het motto van deze makelaar. Bezichtiging voor een garage aan de Ganzebergstraat is enkel mogelijk voor 1 gepland uur, kan je niet, heb je pech zegt deze makelaar. Makelaar zegt letterlijk geen zin te hebben in meerdere bezichtigen. Was bereid een zeer goed bod te doen. Daar had de makelaar geen boodschap aan en pech voor de verkoper, want veel tijd wil hij aan het pand niet besteden. Ik vroeg of verkoper graag 10K misloopt? Daar hadden ze geen boodschap aan, want zij bepalen voor de verkoper dat geld niet alles. Wat een bizarre makelaarskantoor is dit??

Ondanks drukte, kon er nog dezelfde dag een makelaar bij ons langs komen om de verkoop van onze woning te komen bespreken. Verder het hele verkoop proces soepel verlopen.

Wij zijn erg blij geweest met Marcus Kuip als verkoopmakelaar. Hij heeft ons goed geholpen in het hele proces en echt de tijd voor ons genomen. My friend and I went on our first ever viewing. You would think a nice experience, but that turned out to be the case. From the moment we walked in, we immediately got the comment: “First viewing for sure?” Subsequently, we were given a tour of at most three minutes, in which it became clear that we were not taken seriously. Nevertheless, we made an offer. After the bidding had closed, we were called that our bid was not accepted, because we “veeeer overbid”, in a way that came across as quite condescending. Fortunately, we are now the happy owners of a nice house through another real estate agent, where we had an excellent experience. Based on our experience, I can absolutely not recommend Van Gulik Makelaars. Should we ever need to move again, we will certainly not use them for viewings again.

De stagiaire met wie we contact hadden, was beleefd en behulpzaam, maar Coen was onbeleefd en onvriendelijk. Hij liep niet eens met ons mee door het huis en we voelden ons ongemakkelijk om vragen te stellen omdat hij gehaast en chagrijnig was. Al met al was het een onaangename ervaring en het heeft een negatieve indruk achtergelaten van het makelaarskantoor en zelfs van het huis zelf. Echt vreselijk.
