07 Dec 2024Van begin tot eind hebben zij ons bij elke stap geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis. Het verkoopproces begon met een uitgebreide waardebepaling, waarbij we ons huis samen hebben bekeken en realistische verwachtingen zijn besproken. Ze zorgden voor professionele foto's, om ons huis zo goed mogelijk in de schijnwerpers te zetten. Ze hielden ons continu op de hoogte van alle ontwikkelingen en feedback van potentiële kopers. Binnen een korte tijd hadden we meerdere biedingen ontvangen en dankzij hun kundigheid en onderhandelingsvaardigheden hebben we uiteindelijk een fantastisch aanbod geaccepteerd!

07 Dec 2024Erg goed geholpen. Zeer attente medewerker vooral bij de bezichtiging werden we meteen goed ontvangen. Mijn vrouw en ik waren onder de indruk van dit bedrijf. Zo is hun doel niet alleen het verkopen van een huis maar ook het meedenken en er voor zorgen dat je het juiste huis vind.

07 Nov 2024Dik verdiende 1 ster qua belabberde klantenservice. 5 berichten gestuurd via e-mail en funda met een vraag over een bedrijfspand. Letterlijk 0% reactie. Als er alleen maar een ja of nee was geantwoord, hadden jullie deze 1 ster niet gekregen. Jullie waren al gewaarschuwd, want ik heb een vorige 1 ster Review ingetrokken, omdat jullie daar dan weer wel op reageerde... Al met al, deze wordt niet meer ingetrokken en ben zeer teleurgesteld, omdat ik flink wat moeite heb gedaan om in contact te komen. Daarnaast hadden jullie duizenden euro's aan mij kunnen verdienen als ik tijdelijk dat bepaalde pand had kunnen huren. Blijkbaar niet genoeg inkomsten voor een reactie. Makelaars-arrogantie ten top, zo voelt dat. En 1 ster, zo voelt dit!

07 Mar 2024We hebben een appartement gehuurd via HVMS voor twee jaar, vrij onprofessioneel gedrag, slechte communicatie waaronder geen afstemming met ons en de slechte spelling die ze erop nahielden in hun mails, geen hulp bij enig probleem. Het is zeker niet aan te raden om via hun te huren.

Because we were new to the Dutch housing market, he guided us excellently through everything, including handling our offer, arranging technical inspections, and finding a notary. So when it was time to upgrade, we were happy to work with him again for the sale of that property and the purchase of a second one. 08 Jul 2024We rent an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela presents herself as very professional and collaborative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that a number of things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Luckily he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t. I would not recommend working with her as a tenant or real estate owner. Her way of communicating is very unpleasant and unreasonable.

I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos, a different description. Nu wij naast het net hadden gevist, hebben wij Sietske gevraagd om ons te helpen met de aankoop van een woning. En al snel hadden wij ons droomhuis. Sietkse heeft ons goed geholpen en begeleid. Bij de aankoop van een huis, hoort ook de verkoop van het huis. Ingeborg, ook van VanHuyse, was hierbij onze verkoopmakelaar en ook nog eens onze hypotheekadviseur. Dit verliep allemaal heel soepel en was ook handig. Ze geeft goede, duidelijke uitleg en de verkoop is super verlopen. We zijn super blij!

Ze was mijn sparring mate gedurende het zoekproces met een niet doorsnee vraag. Ze adviseerde opties voor verschillende manieren waarop we compromissen konden sluiten (meer ruimte versus betere locatie enz.) en kwam met ideeën voor eigendommen die voor ons zouden kunnen werken. Ze ging (letterlijk) met ons mee op reis terwijl we verschillende prioriteiten en gebieden bezochten en hielp ons door middel van demonstraties beter te begrijpen wat we nodig hadden. Toen we problemen hadden met hypotheekverstrekkers, verkoopmakelaars of meer informatie nodig hadden, hielp Nicolette ons snel met oplossingen en middelen. Wij hebben ons nieuwe huis succesvol gekocht via Nicolette, die ons vanaf het uitbrengen van het bod tot aan de ondertekening en het ophalen van de sleutels rustig heeft gehouden. Haar communicatie met alle partijen was persoonlijk en hartelijk, maar toch assertief waar nodig. Precies wat we zochten! Ik vertrouwde haar volledig en werkte al weer met haar samen als verkoopmakelaar voor mijn oude huis, waar ik ook erg blij mee was.

05 Mar 2025Eerlijk gezegd had ik nauwelijks ervaring met makelaars en hoorde ik vaak verhalen over hoge verdiensten en weinig toegevoegde waarde. Maar bij Patricia bleek dat beeld totaal niet te kloppen ! Ze heeft winst opgeleverd voor ons beiden, zowel bij de verkoop als bij de aankoop van een nieuw appertement. Schroomt niet om zich in een camper busje naar Zeeland op en neer te laten rijden en te tonen dat ze steeds bezig is het beste van haar werk te maken op een serieuze maar ook wakkere vrolijke manier, zodat er genoeg te lachen valt. Het geluk dat ik had dat mijn broer graag alles regelde met alle contacten die nodig zijn voor de verkoop van huis en perceel( mijn god wat een werk) tezamen met de wens om mij ook graag een keer te ontmoeten en niet te drammen als dat er niet van kwam , maken het tot een succes. Patricia Bosma -de Munck is een absolute aanrader, betrouwbaar , voor al het werk wat ze doet en gunstig( nee we betalen niets extra meer :-) mocht ik een makelaar nodig hebben dan ga ik direct weer naar haar toe!
