I personally visited several apartments and contacted him for the apartments on which I wanted to bid or where I wanted a second opinion. He was quite responsive and negotiated the price for the apartment that I bought. Ultimately, I got an apartment that perfectly meets all the criteria I had from the beginning. Based on my experience, I would recommend him.

We were a little late for the viewing, but had called beforehand and were certain that it wouldn't be a problem. The intern with whom we communicated was polite and helpful, but Coen was rude and unwelcoming. He didn't even walk through the house with us, and we felt uncomfortable asking questions because he seemed rushed and grumpy. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and left a negative impression on the agency and even on the house itself. Absolutely dreadful

Unfortunately, afterwards, we consistently felt a lot of time pressure to make big decisions quickly. We had hoped that the real estate agent would guide us better in this regard and stand more on our side. Considering the high commission, the unnecessarily long wait for the ‘sold’ sticker to be placed, and this last-mentioned experience which weighs heavily, not a mega recommendation...

25 May 2024Another arrogant realtor! Absolutely no time for the buyer, the realtor runs through an entire house in 7 minutes and you're standing outside again with your bid form. I still remember proudly announcing that there were many bids well above the asking price. Bid form filled out and then never heard anything more.

17 May 2025They sell apartments without knowing the division of ownership deeds, let alone pointing this out to potential buyers. Years of conflict within the HOA is not mentioned to the buyers. Moreover, they lie about the proportions within the HOA and make it look better than it is. I warned Manuela about this but she didn't care. It is prohibited and unethical. However, she doesn't care about that.

01 May 2025We rented an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela (real estate manager/not a real estate owner) presents herself as very professional and cooperative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that several things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things, it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Fortunately, he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t. I would not recommend working with her as a tenant or real estate owner. Her way of communicating is very unpleasant and unreasonable. 2nd review (after rental period) after we left the apartment, it got even worse. Manuela texted me that I should remove this 1-star review. Her argument; my review is incorrect. She even threatened me with legal action if I didn’t remove this review. In my opinion, this portrays Manuela in all respects. In our case, she did not take responsibility for her negligence during our rental period. It was a complete nightmare for me and my family to have her as a property manager.

I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos, a different description. Within a few days I had three viewings and within a week it was rented out. Clear price agreements. Highly recommended.
