Robbert de makelaar VanHuyse heeft mijn appartement verkocht. De ondersteuning van Robbert is echt perfect. Hij denkt mee en ziet ook zaken die nog niet aan de orde zijn, maar wel belangrijk om dat mee te nemen. Dit voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming zodat alles op orde is. Robbert neemt van tijd tot tijd contact op om de voortgang te bespreken. Als er personen in mijn omgeving een makelaar zoekt, dan zal ik met 100% overtuiging zijn naam doorgeven.

When a higher offer came in, we were casually – with a brief 'sorry' – informed that our offer had not been accepted after all. This kind of behavior causes unnecessary friction and completely undermines confidence in the process. Confirming an accepted offer is not a minor detail – it has real consequences for buyers. Reversing that decision because a better offer came in leaves a very bitter aftertaste and raises serious questions about professional standards and integrity. Real estate transactions require transparency, honesty, and reliability – especially in an already extremely competitive and challenging housing market. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of these qualities. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. Unfortunately, there is no option for -1 star or 0, so I give it 1 star.
