Onze samenwerking met Dennis is begonnen met een 'sollicitatie' aan de keukentafel bij ons. Wij waren op zoek naar een aan- en verkoopmakelaar die bij ons past. Dennis sprong eruit. Hij heeft aandacht voor de mens en geen standaard marketing ideeën, dat sprak ons aan. Voor de aankoop van ons huis, was het 1 huis bezichtiging, 1 bod, goede samenwerking met de financieel adviseur en nog geen 8 weken later konden we verhuizen! De verkoop van ons oude huis ging iets minder soepel dan dat, maar ja eind 2025 (nov/dec) is niet echt een verkoop maand. Ondanks de waarschuwingen hebben we met elkaar de gok gewaagd, en ook nog een bod ontvangen! Helaas werd die ingetrokken door de bieder. In januari zijn we weer van start gegaan. Super actieve houding van Dennis, actief reageren op alles wat er gebeurd in de markt, samenwerking met andere partijen voor fotos,l en styling verliepen snel en zonder problemen. Ondanks de grillen die de markt begon te vertonen heeft Dennis ons huis verkocht. Wij hebben een mooi bod ontvangen, de koper had geen aankoopmakelaar en ook hier heeft Dennis tijd, liefde aandacht en geduld getoond wat heeft geleid tot een mooie warme overdracht van onze oude woning aan starters die nu vol goede moed een hun eerste koophuis hebben betrokken. We had seen a nice house in Schoorl, viewing scheduled as probably multiple. Was called today by the relevant real estate agent that the house is already sold. The house is sold without the buyer having viewed it. I find this an anti-social way of working.
