Dennis is 10/10! Dennis was mij aanbevolen als aankoopmakelaar en vanaf het begin was hij helder en duidelijk in zijn communicatie. Hij voorziet je van alle nodige informatie tijdens de bezichtiging. En je kunt erop rekenen dat hij je na de bezichtiging een duidelijk beeld schetst over je vraagwens en het desbetreffende huis. Toen ik uiteindelijk mijn droomwoning zag, wist hij waar hij het over had en is het ook gelukt om te woning te krijgen! Zelfs in de gang naar de notaris was niks te gek. Dennis bemiddelde in een verkeersconflict (die de weg blokkeerden) om te zorgen dat we op tijd bij de notaris waren. Ik heb het echt als heel fijn ervaren met Dennis aan zijde als aankoopmakelaar. Hij helpt je echt van A tot Z !!!

Ook vooraf dook hij al in belangrijke documentatie, zoals VvE-stukken—iets wat voor een leek soms lastig is, maar cruciaal bij de aankoop van een eerste huis. Kortom: geen moment spijt gehad van mijn keuze. Ik woon inmiddels al in mijn koophuis en kan Dennis absoluut aanraden!!
