Had a very bad experience with this real estate agent, I would not recommend this real estate agent to either the seller or buyer of a house. I found out through a third party that this real estate agent is bluffing regarding the offers of other buyers. This is not smart for either the buyer or seller of a house, the seller of the house has therefore lost at least several 10k because of this. If I in the future find a house under this real estate agent, I will take great distance. Example: house is listed for 700k, you bid 700k, apparently a counteroffer comes in between 20 to 25 k more (so 725k) which makes him say that you suddenly have to bid between 5 to 10 k more. You make the offer of 735k and withdraw, and suddenly you can buy the house for 700k. Fortunately I did research through a third party and retracted my bid. I can almost certainly say that there is some sort of bonus under the table agreed upon at a certain amount. This amount seemed unattainable after some time and suddenly you can buy the house for the asking price. The funny thing is that the house was even sold below the asking price. This is therefore his own fault since the house stood on the site for a long time because he wanted a certain amount. So for both the buyer and seller, keep distance from this real estate agent.

Does not adhere to deadlines and does not communicate about what - when to deliver. Does not call back when that was the agreement. Do you want a reliable contractor? Then definitely look elsewhere. Hij denkt mee en ziet ook zaken die nog niet aan de orde zijn, maar wel belangrijk om dat mee te nemen. Dit voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming zodat alles op orde is. Robbert neemt van tijd tot tijd contact op om de voortgang te bespreken. Als er personen in mijn omgeving een makelaar zoekt, dan zal ik met 100% overtuiging zijn naam doorgeven.

Het slechtste makelaarskantoor dat ik ooit heb gezien. Volkomen incompetent, onbeschoft en nalatig. Ik ben verbaasd dat ze nog niet failliet zijn verklaard. Fréderique Luikinga was de makelaar die voor ons appartement was aangesteld en zij en haar team zijn volkomen incompetent. Ze hebben bij elke stap een onvoorstelbaar aantal fouten gemaakt, maar nooit iets gedaan om hun excuses aan te bieden of de situatie recht te zetten. Frederique was te laat voor de bezichtiging, dus de huurder liet ons het appartement zien. Toen we het appartement betrokken, was het helemaal smerig. Bosch & Duyn had de schoonmaak overgeslagen. Overal zaten vlekken, waaronder etensvlekken op de aanrechtbladen. Er lag ook afval op de grond. Toen we Frederique over de schoonmaakproblemen vertelden, schreeuwde ze tegen ons aan de telefoon: "Als de staat jullie niet bevalt, geven we het appartement aan iemand anders." Toen gaven ze ons het contract, maar daar stonden veel typefouten en andere fouten in. Ze hadden zelfs onze namen verkeerd gespeld. We ontdekten de fouten en meldden ze, maar slechts enkele werden hersteld. Ze moesten het contract vijf keer corrigeren in een aantal weken nadat we waren ingetrokken, en zelfs daarna waren er aan het eind nog steeds fouten. En ze hebben ons een deel van de wettelijk verplichte documenten niet verstrekt, ondanks dat we er herhaaldelijk om hadden gevraagd. Nu hadden we problemen met de nutsvoorzieningen. We wisten niet dat er een probleem was, maar het bleek dat Frederique twee weken geleden een brief van het nutsbedrijf had ontvangen, maar pas twee weken later, de dag voordat het nutsbedrijf ons een boete zou geven, iets liet weten. Frederique zou onmiddellijk ontslagen moeten worden, want ze is een lastpost en over het algemeen gewoon een vreselijk mens. Weg ermee.

Waardeloos. Telefonisch de nodige vragen beantwoord waaruit bleek dat de woning geschikt zou zijn. Aangekomen bij de woning blijkt de huidige bewoner (nog) aanwezig te zijn en ons al een halve rondleiding te geven, prima. Afspraak om 16:00 met de makelaar, komt om 16:05 aanzetten en leidt vervolgens niet rond, maar overhandigt een brochure die ik eerder deze week al op de website gevonden had. Vertelt niks over de woning en dan gaat om 16:10 de bel: een volgende bezichtiging. Niet aan ons gecommuniceerd en we worden eigenlijk naar de voordeur geduwd om plaats te maken voor de volgende afspraak. Wat een blamage.
