Does not adhere to deadlines and does not communicate about what - when to deliver. Does not call back when that was the agreement. Do you want a reliable contractor? Then definitely look elsewhere. Only ‘okay’ point: the content of the report was fine.

07 Sep 2025My son lived happily in a room through PMA Real Estate for over two years. The accommodation was neat and the communication was slow in some cases, but ultimately issues were resolved. The living experience itself was therefore predominantly positive. However, the handling of the lease termination deserves attention and is important for future tenants – especially students who rent jointly – to be aware of. My son formally and correctly terminated his rental agreement, handed over the property without defects, and returned the keys after a final inspection where no damage or arrears were found. Nevertheless, PMA continues to refuse to refund the paid share of the deposit (€750), citing the reason that the other tenant is still residing in the property. Despite multiple neat and legally substantiated requests, substantive responses remained absent. The fact that I repeatedly dealt with changing contact persons – one time Kees, then Tjeerd – did not contribute to clarity or accountability. The email I received as a last response literally read: “I understand that you would like to direct things according to your own hand and good thinking but the real world works differently.” A very unprofessional tone that does not suit a rental organization and certainly not when it comes to students and parents who want to conclude matters correctly. So pay close attention if you are moving into a property with multiple tenants through PMA: the contract is shared, but the deposit is not held per person. This can cost you dearly upon check-out – even if you have correctly terminated, handed over, and paid your own share. In our case, the deposit payment was divided between two people, but upon departure, this is suddenly no longer taken into account. Hopefully, this feedback will lead to improvement in communication and processing in the future. Meanwhile, three weeks have passed, the other resident has also left the property. But we still haven't received the deposit back. Emails are not being answered. Very regrettable and unprofessional. I have therefore reduced the rating to 1 star.

07 Feb 2023I would absolutely not recommend this company! I am surprised to read in the review that there are professionals... It took several weeks before we could live normally in our apartment again (no hot water, broken terrace door, broken heating...). They didn't respond and initially said it could be our fault. We had to solve many problems ourselves. And now they don't even want to refund our deposit for energy bills we have never heard of, which they can’t even pay and which are not in the contract... Very disappointing and such behavior is clearly unreliable for both parties: the tenant or the owner. (We often rent apartments and this is the worst time!!!!)

Dear Océane, the rental agreement you signed did not include utilities and you were informed that you needed to put all utilities in your name. Because this was not done for the heating and hot water of the property, the landlord correctly charged you that amount for the period you lived there and provided you with all invoices. All other issues you mentioned which are normal for a home have been resolved promptly, but some minor repairs fall under the responsibility of the tenant, as you are the one using the property. This is also clearly stated in the signed rental agreement. Nevertheless, we thank you for your stay as a tenant and for leaving a review, because we always strive to improve our customer service. Thoughtful and proactive throughout the process, approaching things in a very low-threshold manner. Critical towards the other party and precise in evaluating the offered real estate as well as the documentation during the buying process. Can sometimes be overwhelming due to the flood of information coming your way, but that doesn't make the collaboration any less pleasant.

After we had already viewed the house ourselves, Dennis was able to quickly fly in for the second viewing after a pleasant and personal introductory meeting and helped us with advice and action, so that we ultimately purchased our new place within a week of searching! Always easily accessible for questions, critical and proactive. Even after the purchase, Dennis is helpful and likes to think along about things like contractors etc. Definitely recommended to hire him if you want to buy a house in the region!

02 Dec 2025Zeer slechte ervaring gehad met deze makelaar,ik zou deze makelaar voor zowel de verkoper als koper van een huis niet aanraden. Ik ben via een 3e partij erachter gekomen dat deze makelaar aan het bluffen is wat betreft de biedingen van andere kopers. Dit is voor zowel de koper als verkoper van een huis niet zo slim, de verkoper van het huis is hierdoor minimaal enkele 10k misgelopen door dit.als ik in de toekomst een huis vind onder deze makelaar dan neem ik groot afstand. Voorbeeld: huis staat voor 700k erop,u bied dus 700k,er komt zogenaamd een tegenbod tussen de 20 a 25 k meer(dus725k)waardoor hij zegt dat u opeens tussen de 5 a 10 k meer moet bieden. U doet de bod van 735k en haakt af,en opeens mag u de huis overnemen voor 700k Gelukkig heb ik via een 3e partij onderzoek gedaan en heb Ik mijn bod ingetrokken. Ik durf bijna zeker te zeggen dat er een soort van bonus onder de tafel is afgesproken bij een bepaalde bedrag. Deze bedrag leek niet haalbaar na een tijdje en opeens mag je het huis voor de vraagprijs kopen. Het grappige is nog dat het huis zelfs onder de vraagprijs is verkocht. Dit is dus zijn eigen schuld aangezien het huis best lang op de site stond doordat hij perse een x aantal bedrag wou hebben. Dus voor zowel de koper als verkoper,hou afstand van de beer makelaars.

Wij kunnen u namelijk niet vinden in ons systeem van mensen die onze woningen hebben bezichtigd. Wij hebben dit jaar maar 1 woning onder de vraagprijs verkocht en u heeft deze zeker niet bezichtigd, laat staan dat u hier een bieding op heeft gedaan. De rest van de verkochte woningen hebben wij namelijk allemaal boven de vraagprijs verkocht. Wij hebben gemiddeld een 9,5 op funda wat allemaal echte reviews zijn van onze tevreden klanten.
