An amazing experience with all the visits, all the conversations and the help that NetMakelaars provided. During the search for a new house we learned a lot about what to pay attention to and they supported us throughout the entire process. A real recommendation.

I would definitely NOT recommend NET NIET real estate agents. The buyers of our house had engaged NET NIET as an appraiser. Despite the Calcasa valuation being 25K above the buyer's offer, this realtor felt it necessary to undervalue the property so much that the buyers couldn't secure their finances. During the appraisal, they were inside for a total of 2 minutes. During this 'appraisal', they weren't in all rooms. This also included the walk-in closet (USP) and the roof terrace with views of all the characteristic objects in Haarlem, such as: Both Bavo churches, Amsterdamse Poort, de Koepel etc. It was raining after all, and another staircase to climb yes, that is naturally not factored into a report costing 700 euros for which 2 minutes are allocated. They probably didn't want them to sell because they had managed to sell a similar property across the street just a few days before this sale for approximately 90,000 less, which is quite painful. We also found it remarkable that they stated that expats were overheating the market nowadays.. seems to me unethical and hypocritical to profit from it on the other hand, but that's my opinion. Furthermore, we naturally received the appraisal report from the potential buyers. This 'reference' research included houses purchased 5 to 7 years ago.. You don't need to have completed a real estate course to understand that this says absolutely nothing about an object now in this market. Moreover, there were also totally dissimilar properties, such as without outdoor space (we have 50 m2 of outdoor space), completely different neighborhood, completely dilapidated (our house was just completely renovated) and so on I could continue. All in all, a very dubious realtor and I would stay far away from them. Fortunately, the realtor who did the second opinion did give a realistic value, namely the offered amount plus 25,000.

We had a fantastic experience with NET Makelaars! First of all, their way of working - you only pay if you buy the house with their help - is really attractive, and we've had dozens of viewings with them. Secondly, they are always available and proactive - special thanks to Frans! You just give them the address of the house and they arrange everything, usually the same day. When it finally came to making an offer, they took the lead in the negotiations, and ultimately we won because of that. Everything that came after - checking the documents, the contract negotiations, the valuation, the notary - was arranged by them. I'm extremely satisfied with these people, I will definitely recommend them and work with them again!
