Ze deden hun best om mijn wensen en criteria te begrijpen en hielpen me de best passende aanbiedingen te vinden. Ze begeleidden me tijdens de bezichtigingen, stelden vragen en wezen me op details die ik zelf over het hoofd zou hebben gezien als ik er alleen was geweest. Ze hielpen me de specifieke voor- en nadelen van de woningen duidelijk te zien en een weloverwogen beslissing te nemen. Uiteindelijk hielpen ze me het winnende bod uit te brengen en de deal voor mijn perfecte woning af te ronden. Daarna begeleidden ze me door de resterende stappen, inclusief de afspraken met de notaris, etc., en hielpen ze me de juiste planning voor de hypotheek te bepalen. De service is het geld hier absoluut waard: wat ik aan makelaarskosten heb betaald, heb ik bespaard op het appartement.
