Poor communication and a lack of solution-oriented approach. Our appointment was allegedly cancelled, but I never received an email about this at the usual email address where all contact took place, including the appointment confirmation. It was also claimed that an SMS had been sent, but it cannot be found anywhere. Our experience with Gisele Nader lasted 3-4 weeks. Initially, she showed knowledge and clarity in her explanation of the purchasing process. However, her unprofessional behavior in later phases made us doubt the actual value of a collaboration with her: - Lack of professionalism: During her vacation, Gisele's colleague stepped in to help us view an apartment due to a tight schedule.
