What a great realtor Jos is! Started looking for my first home two years ago. First contact with another realtor. He said: 'go ahead and viewings, if you really like one, we'll take a look'. Strange situation. Got in touch with Jos through word of mouth. She invited me to get acquainted and indicated: we will go on viewing many houses together. That is the best chance of buying a nice house. With many houses I was very enthusiastic. However, in some cases Jos advised against making an offer. For example, she quickly noticed if the floor wasn't good. Or that the VVE was a mess. It is clear that Jos is still a real realtor. She had the passion to help me find a house. Not to make quick money, like many other realtors. Even after the umpteenth viewing and rejected offer, she remained hopeful and confident, unlike myself. I can’t do anything but highly recommend this realtor. For me, it has more than paid back the costs.

At first glance, you really think it's a professional company. Especially after the fact that they indicate they want to sell it after my mother's death. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. Already during the appointment, communication is strange, actually not at all.. the relevant gentleman could use a lesson in communication, unfortunately, sir has a bit of contact disorder.. Tip! In the future, send someone who does communicate, talks, and doesn’t forget to not lie! . You will receive information after having a conversation with one of them (eric weijers). Sir states that he is going to create an action plan to sell it possibly for a lower amount than what it was assessed for. Unfortunately, you never hear anything more. A very sad way of dealing with your customers, or did you forget that my mother bought this house from you back then? 2019 I advise against approaching them here for help with the sale of real estate. It will surely be a good company, except for the rotten apples.
