Wij hebben onze woning verkocht via Floor Real Estate en zijn ontzettend tevreden over het hele traject. Vanaf het eerste gesprek was de communicatie duidelijk, eerlijk en professioneel. Er werd goed meegedacht over de strategie, presentatie en prijsstelling. De begeleiding tijdens de bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen was sterk en transparant, waardoor wij met een goed gevoel hebben verkocht. Alles werd tot in detail geregeld, tot en met de overdracht bij de notaris. Wij zouden Floor Real Estate absoluut aanraden aan iedereen die zijn woning zorgeloos en succesvol wil verkopen!

De verhuur van onze woning Floor Real Estate heeft ons fantastisch geholpen bij het verhuren van onze woning. Binnen korte tijd hadden zij geschikte kandidaten voorgesteld die perfect aansloten bij onze wensen. De screening van huurders was zorgvuldig en professioneel, en wij werden tijdens het hele proces goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ook de contracten en administratieve afhandeling werden volledig uit handen genomen. Dankzij Floor Real Estate is onze woning snel en betrouwbaar verhuurd. Een prettige, betrokken en deskundige partij om mee samen te werken!

A well-known person asked me to evaluate a rental agreement from Floortje Schouten (Floor Real Estate). A name that suggests it's a heavy-weight; but what a mess. Wrong references, references to penalty clause articles that don't exist, referring to things that also have nothing to do with a regular house, duplicates in articles, articles that stop halfway, and suddenly continue two pages and two article numbers further. It looks like the purest cut-and-paste job... I'm not a lawyer, but have seen many contracts in my business life. This is by far the sloppiest, least professional one. And also: unclearness about the energy bill (no own meter, yet a so-called independent house..., unclearness about the used deposit amount). With a correct reaction on 'can we see the annual statement to verify whether that amount is realistic?') you don't have to worry about it, but if it's avoided. And that happened. 'This person is clearly legally trained. Customer, don't do business with them, it leads to trouble.' No self-reflection, very shameful; and even worse: not wanting to do business with someone who just signs a good contract; worrying. And that for an NVM real estate agent...

I had a viewing scheduled for an apartment, but to my great disappointment, this appointment was canceled only two hours beforehand. This is not how one should treat customers. My partner had to travel especially far and was already on the way, and I had to completely rearrange my work schedule to attend this appointment. I find it very unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice. This demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers' time and effort. I hope that you will handle scheduling and canceling appointments more carefully in the future.
