Much communication took place via a WhatsApp group as we deemed desirable. Dirk responded quickly to questions. The location of our house, in a village in the forest and therefore with many trees around our house, turned out to be more of a disadvantage than an advantage for surprisingly many viewers. This meant that Dirk had to guide more than 30 viewings (including “2nd” and “3rd” viewings). He continued to take care of this with unwavering enthusiasm.

There have been bids, but always (far) below the asking price. For that reason, I had to lower my asking price after 4 weeks. Ultimately, my property was sold, but it was within a timeframe of 14 weeks, much longer than I was told. The first and second asking price I did not get for it...

These are the companies that only inspect the crawl space at the access hatch, flat roofs up to a height of 3 m, do not take measurements at the foundation and offer you, as the buyer, primarily a very general structural visual inspection.
