Teleurstellende ervaring. Wij hebben als starters op de woningmarkt en onbekenden in Hilversum besloten om met Kapelle Makelaars onze eerste woning aan te kopen. Wij hadden gehoopt goed geadviseerd en geïnformeerd te worden over de staat en waarde van het huis en de te verwachten aanvullende kosten om het huis naar wens te maken. Een half jaar later, nu ik na maanden opknappen meer verstand heb van zaken, zie ik steeds beter in dat we destijds gewoonweg ondermaats geïnformeerd zijn. Er zijn tal van zaken waar wij door onze aankoopmakelaar op gewezen hadden moeten worden. Ook na de aanschaf, toen er gebreken aan het licht kwamen, vonden wij de hulp onvoldoende.
