On 25-02 received a call that some things needed to be arranged with the current tenant. I would be called for an appointment once this was settled. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.

21 Aug 2024I had a viewing scheduled for an apartment, but to my great disappointment, this appointment was canceled only two hours beforehand. This is not how one should treat customers. My partner had to travel especially far and was already on the way, and I had to completely rearrange my work schedule to attend this appointment. I find it very unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice. This demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers' time and effort. I hope that you will handle scheduling and canceling appointments more carefully in the future.

Given that the property was rented after the first day, we had to cancel the second viewing date.
