15 Nov 2023If I ever need a real estate agent again, I would want to have Hans as my realtor again. We had 3 real estate agents visit for an introductory meeting. The introduction with Hans was different from the other two realtors; it felt much more personal and actually this was immediately a reason for me to engage this realtor for the sale of my apartment. It became clear right away what we could and could not expect regarding the entire process around the sale of the apartment. During the sale, Hans was extremely involved and the contact always ran smoothly and quickly. Despite the housing market tilting and a special situation requiring the apartment to be sold, Hans really did his best to sell our apartment as quickly and well as possible. During this journey, he always communicated/consulted with us well and reviewed options. Thanks to Hans, a lot of worry regarding the sale disappeared for me. We appreciated the courtesy and availability, but found the substantive guidance, information provision at crucial points and moments in the process to be inadequate. Even afterwards, when defects came to light, we felt insufficiently supported. When discussing these shortcomings in the delivered service, we noticed little reflective capacity. We have the feeling that our interests did not take precedence.

Date unknownHad a bad experience. Minimal effort; when purchasing/taking delivery of the property, our real estate agent was not present, but someone from the office was sent instead. Also at the notary, the real estate agent was not there and we were assisted by the real estate agent of the selling party… A bottle of champagne or something similar couldn't be provided either. No good advice regarding the property, advised against having a structural survey done, while there certainly were issues (suddenly cracks in the wall, moisture problems, the real estate agent stated that it would 'just' help with ventilation, the VvE was described as active, while it is practically dormant and did not have enough money in reserve… As inexperienced young homebuyers, he wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible and sell this app to us. We could deduct 2500 euros, while we were already struggling to buy our first home. We strongly advise against using this company. Helped by Thijs, just received an invoice from Kapelle, so we should be in the system.
