The introduction with Hans was different from the other two realtors; it felt much more personal and actually this was immediately a reason for me to engage this realtor for the sale of my apartment. It became clear right away what we could and could not expect regarding the entire process around the sale of the apartment. During the sale, Hans was extremely involved and the contact always ran smoothly and quickly. Despite the housing market tilting and a special situation requiring the apartment to be sold, Hans really did his best to sell our apartment as quickly and well as possible. Date unknownHad a bad experience. Minimal effort; when purchasing/taking delivery of the property, our real estate agent was not present, but someone from the office was sent instead. Also at the notary, the real estate agent was not there and we were assisted by the real estate agent of the selling party… A bottle of champagne or something similar couldn't be provided either. No good advice regarding the property, advised against having a structural survey done, while there certainly were issues (suddenly cracks in the wall, moisture problems, the real estate agent stated that it would 'just' help with ventilation, the VvE was described as active, while it is practically dormant and did not have enough money in reserve… As inexperienced young homebuyers, he wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible and sell this app to us. We could deduct 2500 euros, while we were already struggling to buy our first home. We strongly advise against using this company. Helped by Thijs, just received an invoice from Kapelle, so we should be in the system.

06 Jun 2025Very pleasant first introduction, where Maurits took a lot of time and despite the fact that there was no order yet, measurements were taken and information was shared. The conversation about price was open and honest. Together we were able to determine strategy and that worked out well. During negotiations, in addition to advice, there was also room for our input and our requests were handled neatly. They have a very sturdy board which, considering the wind in Almere and the location, was very pleasant. The internal team and broker worked with us via a WhatsApp group where responses were quick. The moves environment could perhaps be slightly better, but Buijs can't do much about that.

06 May 2025For the sale of our house, we engaged Buijs Regiomakelaars Hilversum. Our contact person/sales broker was Maurits. From the very first moment, we had a good feeling. Maurits took the time in all stages to explain everything clearly. I would briefly describe him as very enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, patient and skilled and has a lot of passion for his profession. We were therefore confident that the outcome would be positive. Also, all matters involved are explained clearly and contact until late at night and on Saturday was also no problem. After the viewings, we always received a call to indicate how it had gone. We certainly appreciated this, because as a seller you are of course curious about it. Maurits also thought along with the ultimate buyers and was himself flexible to do an extra viewing on a Saturday for the buyers. Furthermore, I know that he also clarified certain matters for the buyers. The presentation of the house was also excellent, beautiful photos and description of the property and good advice on the asking price of the property. Also, the contact with Laurens (assistant broker) has always been very good. All in all, I would strongly recommend Buijs Regiomakelaars Hilversum to everyone.

Date unknown24-02 called to make an appointment. Was told I would have a viewing on 25-02. Confirmation would come via phone or mail on the respective day. On 25-02 received a call that some things needed to be arranged with the current tenant. I would be called for an appointment once this was settled. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.
