Klantvriendelijkheid staat niet centraal bij dit bedrijf. Als executeur heb ik een factuur ontvangen voor een verhuuropdracht aan iemand die recent is komen te overlijden. Deze verhuuropdracht is door overledene ingetrokken en vervolgens is er door makelaar voor een uur terecht een factuur gestuurd. Echter, omdat de factuur onduidelijkheden bevatte, heb ik meerdere keren per email gevraagd om verduidelijking. Mijn vragen waren of het bedrag incl of excl BTW was en of ik de algemene verhuurvoorwaarden mocht ontvangen zodat ik kon checken wat er gebeurt bij intrekking van een opdracht. In plaats van een reactie op mijn vragen kreeg ik steeds het verzoek om de factuur zo snel mogelijk te betalen. Update 16/08/2022.
