02 Aug 2024After a pleasant introduction, the contact with Ard always ran smoothly. During the viewings, there was an app group for us and the agency of Visie, so we could quickly switch. A nice extra was that drone images of the area were made, and that much work was taken out of our hands. For example: measuring the house was not entirely correct, the real estate agent arranged for us to ensure it was correct.

28 Oct 2025About a year ago, we moved from Van der Zaanstraat 1 3317WT Dordrecht. Melvin de Makelaar represented the homeowner and behaved very impolitely towards us, the tenants, during checkout. First, they were late for our checkout appointment and then they told us that we had to pay for a dirty oven. We asked for it to be cleaned, which was 20 minutes of work, but he refused. Later, he deducted €250 from our deposit. Very impolite behavior, I would never recommend this real estate agent. By the way, I later complained to the owner and got my money back.

Dear Mesic family, It is surprising to see that more than a year after the end of your rental period, various family members are posting negative reviews. At that time we followed the standard and professional procedure. At the beginning of each rental period a detailed check-in report is made, and at the end a check-out report. These reports simply document the condition of the property at both times. As an estate agency, we are not involved in the withholding or determining of the deposit. We only record the current situation via the inspection reports, after which the owner makes the final decision. In your case, several problems were identified during the check-out, mainly regarding hygiene. These were clearly documented in the report and supported by photos. Although this is regrettable, it could have been easily avoided if you as the tenant had handed over the property clean and well maintained. We always strive to conclude each rental period respectfully and transparently, even when there is disappointment regarding the handling of the deposit. It is regrettable that incorrect online comments can give the impression something went wrong, while all documentation shows otherwise.

28 Nov 2025Sam is an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent. He doesn't have a 9 to 5 mentality. He makes sure that everything is arranged down to the last detail and sets clear and honest expectations for the sale of your home. My home was sold within a week after the start of the sale for a nice amount. Selling a house can be quite stressful and in this regard I recommend Punt Makelaars. They arrange everything for you and you are thought of.

28 Jul 2025I would recommend Punt 100% if you want to buy a house in Utrecht! Because they are slightly larger than the other offices, they are flexible with scheduling viewings and ensure that you can attend, which meant that we had a house in 6 weeks, for a good price. Bas also helped us excellently afterwards with some setbacks after the purchase, much more than we expected since the sale was already finalized. Bas & Punt really stood by our side throughout - which saves a lot of worries when you buy your first home. A real estate agent is not cheap, but without Punt it would have cost us much more. Top then.

19 Nov 2025If I were to sell another house in Utrecht, I would definitely go with lef makelaars. Due to circumstances, we went with another party but even then they treated us at lef makelaars with a lot of respect and helped us. I find them really friendly, intelligent and expert. You are not treated like a number, but simply as a person, equal. No sales pitches, but they keep their finger on the pulse and stay in contact. Also heard from several people who sold through them and got a good (better than similar houses) price for their home. They think along and have good tips. They are a bit more expensive compared to other parties, it's not a guarantee, but if your home is then sold for more, you get that amount out. Thanks Mark!

In advance we had a pleasant conversation to see if there was a click and our wishes were discussed. After that, Merlijn became our fixed purchase agent: lots of advice (from his own experience!) about the construction aspects and subsequent costs of the house (which was nice considering we possibly wanted to buy a fixer-upper), well-founded advice about the eventual offer amount, and as the search progressed and we got to know each other better, he could also give us good advice on what would and would not fit within our wishes. If Merlijn couldn't due to his own obligations, Rob was ready for us, who guided us through the viewing with equal knowledge and passion. Also nice that the front office was so quick in making and rescheduling appointments for a viewing, thanks to Monique and Wendy! In addition, the aftercare is very pleasant: even after the purchase we could turn to them with all our questions. We are super satisfied with the process and look back on it with a lot of pleasure.

I think it's also due to Machteld as a person and how Dina Verkoopt approaches real estate agents. Pleasant, sober, fast, well-prepared and knowledgeable about the Utrecht market. This combined with a really good back office that communicates super fast and well makes this definitely a top team. Already during the initial meeting, we felt understood and seen in our housing wishes. In contrast to what you sometimes get used to from real estate agents, a lot of smooth talk, this was refreshing, normal, honest and transparent. During the viewings, we were mainly guided by Joyce and Tijs: two lovely down-to-earth people with a sharp eye for flaws in the house and always equipped with honest, transparent tips. That they also have a good sense of humor made even the houses that were totally not make them enjoyable to look at. Absolute recommendation!
