We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. Sjoerd and Willeke were enormously helpful in viewing all the houses, providing tips and advice on making an offer. Throughout the entire search, they have been very empathetic and involved. They stood ready for us at all times, together with Timo and Matthijs, to answer our questions, however big or small! Choosing a buyer's agent was not difficult for us, and I would immediately choose Sjoerd and his team again!

From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The property had to be sold as a result of the owner's dementia and unfortunately passed away before the final transfer at the notary's office. Vlaming Real Estate handled this very respectfully, in addition to the aforementioned qualities. She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. From the initial consultation to the handling, you work with a very accessible and expert duo, Michel Wels and Liam de Bruin. Clear agreements are made but there is also ample room for your own ideas and wishes. Communication runs smoothly and a trusting relationship quickly develops. Because the sale took a little longer, it was nice to feel space to think along, give feedback and the adjustments to the approach were well received. 27 Oct 2025About a year ago, we moved from Van der Zaanstraat 1 3317WT Dordrecht. Melvin de Makelaar represented the homeowner and behaved very impolitely towards us, the tenants, during checkout. First, they were late for our checkout appointment and then they told us that we had to pay for a dirty oven. We asked for it to be cleaned, which was 20 minutes of work, but he refused. Later, he deducted €250 from our deposit. Very impolite behavior, I would never recommend this real estate agent. By the way, I later complained to the owner and got my money back.

10 Apr 2025We have collaborated with Melvin twice. Both times it was a great experience, and most importantly, Melvin helped us both times in finding the right house for us. The first time we were looking for a property in the Netherlands. We weren't even in the Netherlands when we did so. Melvin is a good listener. He listened to all our wishes and requirements, made a shortlist of houses that were on the market, and after the second (online) viewing, we had our first house in a new country. He also knows the market and all the details about it. That helps with the negotiation and bidding process. After living in a rental property for 1.5 years, we decided to buy a home of our own. We knew who to call. Melvin of course :) Here too, he listened carefully to us, gave good advice, and put us in contact with the right people (notary, mortgage advisor, technical inspection etc.). He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. Punt Makelaars has a good understanding of the market in Leidsche Rijn through years of experience and uses the right tactics regarding asking price. Real estate agent Sam knew exactly how to properly market the house, and Marylene ensured smooth communication and guidance throughout the entire process. They were both always available for questions and kept us well informed about developments on the buyer's side. Even on weekends, the sales process continued, and Sam was always available to provide us with explanations and advice. In short, we had a top-notch experience with Punt Makelaars. Because they are slightly larger than the other offices, they are flexible with scheduling viewings and ensure that you can attend, which meant that we had a house in 6 weeks, for a good price. Bas also helped us excellently afterwards with some setbacks after the purchase, much more than we expected since the sale was already finalized. Bas & Punt really stood by our side throughout - which saves a lot of worries when you buy your first home. A real estate agent is not cheap, but without Punt it would have cost us much more. Top then.
