Had laatst een akkefietje met een gecancelled KLM vlucht vanwege 'code geel'...te laat om ook m'n overnachting kosteloos te annuleren. Vraag aan Van Breukelen gesteld via Whatsapp en heel efficiënt met uitwisseling van informatie en verschillende annuleringsbevestigingen binnen 1,5 uur bevestiging dat ik m'n gemaakte kosten volledig vergoed kreeg. Edit: deze makelaar van aankopende partij had zelf herhaaldelijk om een goede Google review aangedrongen en naar aanleiding daarvan is deze geplaatst. Maar nu herzien. Tijdens het bieden gaf de makelaar tot 2x toe aan dat iemand anders een vergelijkbare bieding had en of ik mijn bieding wilde ophogen, wat ik heb gedaan. Later ontving ik het bied logboek en daarin stonden geen andere biedingen die dicht bij die van mij kwamen (ca 30K verschil) en ook de vorige eigenaar gaf aan dat zij op mijn bieding na, geen andere biedingen in van vergelijkbare hoogte hadden, waarvan ze baalden. Blijkbaar had de makelaar hen een hogere verkoopprijs voorgespiegeld en heeft hierom de prijs omhoog gedreven en mij om de tuin geleidt. Ik zal ze niet meer vertrouwen en raad aan twee keer na te denken een woning van ze te kopen. Mijn vertrouwen is weg en ik heb teveel betaald door bedrog van de makelaar.
