Edit: this buyer's agent had repeatedly pushed for a good Google review themselves and as a result, this one was posted. But now revised. During the bidding, the agent said up to 2x that someone else had made a comparable bid and/or whether I wanted to increase my bid, which I did. Later I received the bidding logbook and in it there were no other bids that came close to mine (approx. 30K difference) and also the previous owner indicated that after my bid, they had no other bids of comparable height, which they were unhappy about. Apparently the agent had convinced them of a higher selling price and thus drove up the price and led me astray. I will not trust them anymore and advise to think twice before buying a house from them. My confidence is gone and I have paid too much due to the agent's deception.

Het was een uitgebreide bezichtiging ! En vriendelijk.

Verkocht in zeer korte tijd en boven de vraagprijs. Begeleiding en service waren top. Volledig ontzorgd.

Sneller dan verwacht een appartement voor ons gevonden. Dan gaat het ineens razend snel. Dochter en zoon hebben veel van ons overgenomen. Geen enkel bezwaar.

Prima ik doe al een lange tijd zaken met delen makelaars uit Soest ben erg te vreden ook een aanrader voor anderen ze helpen je met alles begin tot het einde

Contact was prettig. Verwachtingen zijn grotendeels waargemaakt. Het proces is soepel en zonder strubbelingen verlopen.

Als je van smerige spelletjes houdt, dan moet je bij deze makelaar zijn! Eén ster is nog teveel. Afgelopen vrijdag een bod gedaan op een bedrijfspand dat ze al een hele tijd te koop hadden staan. Mijn bod was te laag, of ik de dag erna (zaterdag) 'gezien de belangstelling' mijn maximale voorstel kan laten weten (er was alleen verteld dat er na mij nog een bezichtiging zou zijn). Dus ik laat zaterdag weten wat ik maximaal wil bieden (zonder financieringsvoorbehoud etc). Op zondag reactie, 'ze had het voorgelegd aan de eigenaren en ze gingen erover nadenken'. Maandagmiddag gebeld met de vraag of er al een reactie was. Nee, ze heeft eigenlijk alleen eind van de middag/avond contact gezien het werk van verkopers, maar ze laat het weten als ze ze gesproken heeft. Dinsdagochtend nog steeds geen reactie, weer gebeld. Nee, overdag geen contact met verkopers, eind van de avond gaat ze opnieuw contact opnemen. Allemaal heel vaag, ze zouden nog nog aan het nadenken zijn over het voorstel. Ik had inmiddels een bijzonder slecht voorgevoel, dus gevraagd wat er aan de hand is. Wat er zou zijn, is dat de eigenaren het moeilijk vinden om in te stemmen met in hun ogen te lage bod wordt aangegeven... Ik geef aan dat ik echt vandaag een reactie wil. In de avond word ik eindelijk gebeld, ze had beide eigenaren uitgebreid gesproken en ze kunnen de bieding niet accepteren. Geen tegenbod of gewenste koopprijs? Ze hebben het er niet over gehad wordt gezegd. Heel vreemd, ok... dus einde verhaal? Dag erna (vandaag) bel ik rond het middaguur toch opnieuw en vraag ad rem of het pand al verkocht is. Antwoord: Ja, net verkocht! Dat ga je niet menen... Oftewel, we waren in onderhandeling en mijn bod is een paar dagen aan het lijntje gehouden. Ondertussen heeft men de tijd gebruikt om een bod bij een ander uit te lokken en/of uit te onderhandelen zonder mij te informeren dat ze met een andere bezig waren (of dat er uberhaupt nog een andere bieding was). En wel eerst druk zetten om bij mij een maximale bieding (met goede overige voorwaarden) los te peuteren (wat natuurlijk een stuk comfortabeler onderhandelt richting de andere partij). Ik mag hopen dat de partij die het pand heeft weten te kopen niet op een vergelijkbare smerige manier (met behulp van mijn bod) tot een hogere prijs gepusht is. En nee, mevrouw snapt niet dat het een kwalijke manier van handelen is, ze heeft niks verkeerd gedaan. Ik verzin maar wat wordt er tussen de regels door gezegd. Ps. Nog een tip voor de koper. Er wordt in de advertentie expliciet gesproken over 'netto' meters, maar het zijn 'bruto' meters die verkocht worden. Dus in feite koop je bijna 10% minder dan wat men doet voorkomen.
