Uitstekend geholpen door Liam; Toen we bij hem kwamen hadden we al een huis op het oog. Hij heeft toen op tijd voor een bieding op deze woning nog onze financien doorgerekend. Dat werd hem niet, maar kort daarna een ander heel mooi huis gevonden. Omdat we een totaalpakket afgenomen hadden werden we ook echt totaal ontzorgd: bouwkundige keuring, hypotheekadvies, taxatie, communicatie met de notaris, en bij elke stap werd ook meegedacht hoe we de beste deal kregen. Bovendien was hij ook (bijna) altijd voor ons bereikbaar als we vragen, opmerkingen of zorgen hadden. Kortom: Heel tevreden hoe Liam de Bruin ons begeleid heeft in het hele traject van zoeken tot de handtekening bij de notaris. Ik zou hem op basis van onze ervaring bij iedereen aanraden.

Helaas is de communicatie en arrogantie van zowel Michel en Liam echt tegenvaller.
