She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. 12 Jun 2024Have a valuation report carried out via customisation at IREA Makelaars. 1.5 weeks after the valuation, I called to ask for the latest status. Very unfriendly spoken to by the IREA appraiser. My advice: cheap is expensive.

Appraisal recording done on 13-11-2023, delivery of report 8 working days later, faster than I normally do, however your own proposal for the recording was one day later than the delivery of the report, namely 24 Nov. But here are my apologies for the slightly longer processing time, normally I am very quick. During the phone call (which, as far as I can tell, did not proceed in an unfriendly manner at all), you indicated that you expected a much higher appraised value. Even a higher appraisal value than the purchase price you paid. Of course, I cannot accommodate that. The fact that this is your complaint you unfortunately did not mention in this review. Moreover, in the almost 25 years that I have been doing this work, I have never received the reproach that I would be unfriendly. I find it a bit odd that you do not report the real reason for your dissatisfaction, but deliberately place an unwarranted negative review.

13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!
