She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. 04 Aug 2024Have a valuation report carried out via customisation at IREA Makelaars. 1.5 weeks after the valuation, I called to ask for the latest status. Very unfriendly spoken to by the IREA appraiser. My advice: cheap is expensive.

Appraisal recording done on 13-11-2023, delivery of report 8 working days later, faster than I normally do, however your own proposal for the recording was one day later than the delivery of the report, namely 24 Nov. But here are my apologies for the slightly longer processing time, normally I am very quick. During the phone call (which, as far as I can tell, did not proceed in an unfriendly manner at all), you indicated that you expected a much higher appraised value. Even a higher appraisal value than the purchase price you paid. Of course, I cannot accommodate that. The fact that this is your complaint you unfortunately did not mention in this review. The first time we were looking for a property in the Netherlands. We weren't even in the Netherlands when we did so. Melvin is a good listener. He listened to all our wishes and requirements, made a shortlist of houses that were on the market, and after the second (online) viewing, we had our first house in a new country. He also knows the market and all the details about it. That helps with the negotiation and bidding process. After living in a rental property for 1.5 years, we decided to buy a home of our own. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone. 13 Mar 2025In December, we contacted van Pas Makelaars for an initial consultation; realtor Ellen came to visit us and viewed our property, explaining what the process would be. We were still looking for a new home at the time and planned to wait before selling until we found one. Ultimately, we also used van Pas to help us search for a new home, in which Ellen and especially Stijn fantastically helped us find a new home and negotiate the price! After purchasing our home with realtor Ellen, everything was prepared for the sale; Ellen had created a plan outlining when the photographer would come, when the property would be listed on Funda, and when viewings would take place. Ellen also had an idea of when we would receive the right offer and approximately how much that offer would be. Everything turned out exactly as Ellen planned, from the viewings to the right offer – everything went as predicted! This took a lot of worries off our hands thanks to van Pas, which is a very pleasant feeling when selling your own home! We always had good contact with van Pas; whenever we needed something, we could always call and were quickly assisted - we are super happy with the service from van Pas!

It is valuable when someone looks along during a viewing, and both Sjoerd and Willeke know how to ask the right questions. Questions where you yourself think afterwards 'oh yes, that's what I wanted to know'. We were also very well assisted with the entire process of purchasing the home. Sale: Vlaming real estate agents is a pleasant agency to work with. Firstly, a good assessment of the market value of our house including good advice on the asking price. Then good help on how we could fairly show the beautiful aspects of our home. And ultimately a pleasant way of guiding the viewings by both Sjoerd and Willeke including feedback to us as sellers.
