Beautiful photos of apartments that aren't for rent. They’re only there to lure you in. If you respond, you hear nothing for weeks. No phone call. No response to your email. No response on WhatsApp. Absolutely nothing. The receptionists? They’re only there to put up a smoke screen. They standardly say: “You will be called back.” But that never happens. They also can or are not allowed to respond anywhere. Everything comes to a dead end. Communicating with this party feels a bit like slowly dying: you wait, hope, try again — and ultimately give up because everything disappears into total silence. Ultimately it boils down to this: They want you to sign a ‘search request,’ where you pay one month’s rent – not as a deposit, not as payment for a property – but just purely as commission. Just money in their pocket, so they might connect you with a property of a friendly landlord. Not a single house that you see on their site is actually available. Everything is fake or has been ‘gone’ for a long time. And meanwhile, your money is cheerfully collected. In short: this company doesn't belong in the Amsterdam housing market. Edit: this buyer's agent had repeatedly pushed for a good Google review themselves and as a result, this one was posted. But now revised. During the bidding, the agent said up to 2x that someone else had made a comparable bid and/or whether I wanted to increase my bid, which I did. Later I received the bidding logbook and in it there were no other bids that came close to mine (approx. 30K difference) and also the previous owner indicated that after my bid, they had no other bids of comparable height, which they were unhappy about. Apparently the agent had convinced them of a higher selling price and thus drove up the price and led me astray. I will not trust them anymore and advise to think twice before buying a house from them. My confidence is gone and I have paid too much due to the agent's deception.

Excuses voor een lage review, maar vond het wel erg jammer en teleurstellend hoe het allemaal liep. Recent paar dagen achter elkaar telefonisch contact opgenomen met vraag over de mogelijkheid om bezichtingsafspraak in te plannen van een koophuis in Almere Kruidenwijk. Helaas alle 3 keren, (3 dagen) aan telefoon te horen gekregen dat ik moest wachten en dat er een terugbelverzoek is ingediend bij desbetreffende makelaar om afspraken in te plannen. Opeens staat de status van de woning verkocht/onder bod. Wat een teleurstelling😐😐 !!! Vreemd vond ik dat zij niet direct zeiden dat het inplannen van afspraak onmogelijk is, als er al geïnteresseerde zijn. Wrrm steeds aan telefoon blijven beloven dat ik wordt teruggebeld.
