Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

From the initial consultation to the handling, you work with a very accessible and expert duo, Michel Wels and Liam de Bruin. Clear agreements are made but there is also ample room for your own ideas and wishes. Communication runs smoothly and a trusting relationship quickly develops. Because the sale took a little longer, it was nice to feel space to think along, give feedback and the adjustments to the approach were well received. 02 Jul 2025What a great guy Martin is. I've truly never encountered such a pleasant real estate agent before. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely understood. We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. Without any effort, he stood by them as well; that’s what I call a top real estate agent. Martin, thank you for all your good care. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

16 Aug 2025You think: nice apartments, sleek site, good prices. But what you actually encounter is a disreputable realtor with mafia-like practices. The advertisements are purely bait. Beautiful photos of apartments that aren't for rent. They’re only there to lure you in. If you respond, you hear nothing for weeks. No phone call. No response to your email. No response on WhatsApp. Absolutely nothing. The receptionists? They’re only there to put up a smoke screen. They standardly say: “You will be called back.” But that never happens. They also can or are not allowed to respond anywhere. Everything comes to a dead end. Communicating with this party feels a bit like slowly dying: you wait, hope, try again — and ultimately give up because everything disappears into total silence. Ultimately it boils down to this: They want you to sign a ‘search request,’ where you pay one month’s rent – not as a deposit, not as payment for a property – but just purely as commission. Just money in their pocket, so they might connect you with a property of a friendly landlord. Not a single house that you see on their site is actually available. Everything is fake or has been ‘gone’ for a long time. And meanwhile, your money is cheerfully collected. In short: this company doesn't belong in the Amsterdam housing market. This isn't a realtor, this is organized fraud with a neat website. The one star is purely because zero cannot.

I've already called several times, each time being told that I would be called back, multiple emails sent and you simply get no response. Then eventually received a reaction and for 1 of the points we would hear something about it the next working day. That was already weeks ago. Incredibly bad company in terms of communication.
