30 Sep 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.

Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

03 Dec 2024Broker with arrogance. An appointment was made for a viewing of a garage box, which was then cancelled. The next day I was called back saying I could come by the day after at a certain time. I wasn't asked if that suited me but it was a take-it-or-leave-it kind of thing. The time was in the middle of the day so due to work, it couldn't go ahead. Subsequently, nothing more was heard despite the fact that I had emailed them early on stating that I was very interested in the garage box. So I say, stay away from these people.

We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. The house was listed on funda within 1.5 weeks and sold for more than the asking price within 3 days. I sold the house together with my ex-partner, she unfortunately did not leave a good review for these gentlemen, which is a shame. She was simply angry because she had little to say about the sale. I definitely recommend these gentlemen!

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

Due to the quick sale, there wasn't discussion about sales strategy. I may have missed something, but didn't ask for it either. We have known this highly involved broker Jacques Walch for more than 30 years and we know how he always makes time for his clients, reacts very attentively and adequately, offers a listening ear and will never shy away from problems! 01 Nov 2023Onno Buijs and his team helped me fantastically. During the initial meeting, he had already done some research, gave an indication of what the house was approximately worth, and provided tips on what to do and not to do to make the house ready for sale. The folder with all sales information included a study with comparable houses in the area. The office arranged appointments with inspection experts and a photographer for me. During the sales period, he consistently gave good feedback after viewings. Whenever I called the office, I was always helped kindly and with expertise or transferred to Onno or one of his colleagues. The house was sold for approximately the price that Onno had indicated. Even after the sale, he contacted me to ask if everything had gone as desired. In short, a hat tip to this real estate agency.
