20 Feb 2025Afgelopen maandag is mijn mooie appartement in Diemen centrum in een korte tijd verkocht door AVT Makelaars. De woning heeft niet veel langer dan een week tijd nodig gehad om diverse bezichtigingen op 3 dagdelen en meerdere goede biedingen te krijgen. Mijn appartement is voor een, boven alle verwachtingen, hoog bedrag verkocht met dank aan het harde werk van Danny van Buuren en alle collega's van AVT Makelaars. Vooraf hadden mijn vriendin en ik al redelijk hoge doelen afgestemd (waarvan diverse mensen zich afvroegen of dit wel realistisch zou zijn). Deze doelen zijn niet alleen behaald maar ook zwaar overtroffen. De super mooie foto's, video's, brochures en teksten hebben een resultaat geleverd boven alle verwachtingen in. Ik kan de uitstekende service, duidelijke communicatie, punctualiteit, goed meedenken over alles (van styling voor de verkoop tot advies over onze nieuwe woning) en de flexibiliteit (ook buiten kantoortijden) van AVT Makelaars aan iedereen in de regio Diemen en Amsterdam aanraden! 20 Jan 2025De eigenaar van AVT ontmoetten wij tijdens een woningbezichtiging, waarbij hij zijn klanten de woning liet zien. Hij gaf ons goed advies, ook al waren we niet zijn klanten. Na nog enkele mislukte biedingen op huizen besloten we een makelaar te zoeken en zijn makelaar in te schakelen, uitsluitend op basis van de korte maar positieve ontmoeting met hem. Ze hebben ons enorm geholpen, vooral in een competitief biedproces. Uiteindelijk hebben we het huis gekregen dat we wilden voor een goede prijs, iets wat in Amsterdam niet zomaar lukt. De prijzen van hun diensten zijn volgens mij ook heel eerlijk. Kortom ik raad AVT Makelaars zeker aan.

Rogier houdt je snel op de hoogte van de bezichtigingen die zijn gedaan en is erg prettig om mee te communiceren! Hij voelt goed aan wat de verkoper graag wil. Top! 13 Jan 2025Deze aankoopmakelaar werd door mijn hypotheek adviseur aanbevolen. Alles is goed van te voren uitgelegd wat ik kon verwachten en wat de kosten hiervoor zijn. Er is goed rekening gehouden met mijn wensen en voor mij was het heel erg fijn dat er iemand met me meeging om te kijken. Dan worden er toch andere vragen gesteld of naar dingen gekeken waar je zelf even niet aan gedacht hebt. En na 2 bezichtigen heb ik nu echt een hele leuke woning gevonden.
