Je hebt er geen omkijken naar, maar ze houden je goed op de hoogte en helpen je door alle administratieve stappen heen met goede uitleg. Dit was met name fijn omdat ik ver in het buitenland zit, maar zoals gezegd ging het van een leien dakje. Grote klasse!

Joek is definitely not an average real estate agent. First of all, the way he presents and transforms an apartment is exceptional. From styling to photography, everything is done with such care and taste that the property truly looks spectacular. It immediately distinguishes the property from the rest. Second, his work ethic is excellent. The communication was effortless, relaxed, and he responded incredibly quickly – often via WhatsApp, without any form of a 9-to-5 mindset. Joek is fully available for you, always reachable, proactive, and has an eye for every detail. However, what really struck me was how attentive and caring he is as a person. Even on the day of the key handover, he went out of his way with small gestures – a lunch, a gift – things that made the entire process personal and genuinely caring. Over the course of a few weeks, he became much more than just a real estate agent; he was someone with whom you could discuss things and who you could fully trust. Upon first contact, Joek showed up on his scooter in casual clothing, unlike other real estate agents who arrive in a suit with folders. It was a pleasant conversation where the feeling was immediately good. He is clear and honest, which also turned out to be the case during the entire sales process. Joek even solved a problem with the door to the garden! When we decided to engage Joek, he immediately got to work. For example, with a temperature of 30 degrees, he was trimming the hedge and wiping the windows, among other tasks. Joek also took care of beautiful photos, after a nice styling. Subsequently, he arranged for a large group of viewers, which ultimately led to good offers and a smooth sale. He was transparent about that all along. He helped her find an apartment that met all her requirements and fit within her budget within a few weeks. I got in touch with him after having viewed apartments for weeks and rejected offers. After two months of searching, I found an apartment that really appealed to me, so I decided to approach Barry and try my luck. Within four days of the collaboration, the offer was accepted. The entire process went smoothly and the real estate agent was present throughout.
