My friend and I were looking for our first joint purchase house and that is quite difficult if you like to stay in (area of) Amsterdam, but are looking for a garden for the dog and at least 3 bedrooms. Courtage uiteraard conform het afgesproken contract maar met slechts bezichtigingen en nog eens bijna € 1200 extra voor foto's vonden wij het uiteindelijke bedrag van bijna €12.000 niet in verhouding met de geleverde prestaties. Te meer daar er meerdere (meet en inschatting) fouten zijn geweest die we zelf moesten corrigeren.
