They know the market well, know how to bring buyers and sellers together, and provide sufficient support. Definitely holding an open house (which you do as a seller, the real estate agent arranges all advertisements and forms) was incredibly interesting and fun to do. 04 Aug 2025I got to know Joek as the sales broker of the house where I now live. He wasn't 'hired' by me, so to speak, but if I ever sell my house again, that’s what I would do. Joek connects with people; he is genuinely interested in how they are doing, and when he looks at a property, he sees the person who lives there. Also, Joek has an eye for how to get houses photographed well, which beautiful glimpses make the house worth it. So trust him if he wants to shuffle things around! His individuality is something you either like or not (I do). Don't expect a typical broker in a suit, but a man who lovingly and creatively puts a property on the market and goes to great lengths to make the sale a pleasure for both parties.

During this conversation, I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the broker and the time he took to answer my questions and provide advice. Especially remarkable that this conversation took place on Friday evening, well after 18:00. His role as a sales broker changed into a purchasing broker upon acquaintance. This resulted, to our amazement and to our delight, fairly quickly in a purchase and a lovely apartment, it's A'dam Good Story. 31 May 2025Unfortunately, my experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. I contacted them regarding the purchase of a property in which I was genuinely interested. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly: communication came promptly and the process appeared simple. However, after submitting my first offer, the tone of the interaction changed dramatically. Instead of engaging in any form of dialogue or negotiation, the agent abruptly broke off all communication. There was no response through any channel. Even after I substantially increased my 2nd offer, there was still no response. What was particularly concerning was the way my offer was taken personally, rather than being handled in the professional and businesslike manner one would expect with real estate transactions. This lack of communication, combined with what came across as arrogance, left a strong impression of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior!

This approach immediately gave us a lot of confidence. We quickly agreed with each other on the key points: how will we present the house? What will be the asking price? The execution of the plan went perfectly. The promotion of our house was distinctive and top-notch. What stood out particularly: - good preparation of the presentation of the property, with assistance from professionals arranged by Fenny; - clear communication via short phone calls and messages, even during weekends when necessary; - Fenny exudes enthusiasm to potential buyers and that worked very effectively. The property was sold to pleasant buyers to our complete satisfaction. Finally, the aftercare up to and including the notarial transfer, and afterwards, was sublime. ELAN keep it up!
