The agent's advice regarding the asking price and offers, I found a bit cautious, but the apartment was ultimately sold for a good price. During the selling process, a lot is communicated via digital media, which can sometimes lead to confusion. I would have found a bit more personal contact nicer.

07 Oct 2025No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after weeks of radio silence, were forced to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice of 500 euros for cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels easily earned, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.
