He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

13 Sep 2024In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

13 Apr 2024Unfortunately, dramatic experience with Skender. I contacted them because I wanted help determining a good offer for a house, as I naturally want to make an offer that is proportionate to the house. Ultimately came up with an offer that was tens of thousands of euros above the appraisal value and above other bids. Of course, you only find out about that later. I don't understand house prices, so that’s why I engaged a buyer's agent. So yeah, too much trust. But unfortunately, Skender showed 0 reflection and responsibility in this and mainly wants his invoice to be paid.

07 Jul 2025Understand the art of hospitality. This afternoon after a festival, completely unexpectedly and not entirely neatly dressed, we reserved a table at Hamdorff. Friendly welcome, they had a nice spot by the window. The drinks arrived quickly and a carafe of water appeared spontaneously. We were put at our ease. We couldn't quite decide and ordered the sweet potato fries, curry soup, and a sandwich with poached egg and avocado. I added at the end: we would like to share this, can you do something about cutlery and plates? And then the dishes arrived on two separate plates, divided into equal portions, absolutely great! That is hospitality now. It made us completely happy. And the food was also fine.

14 Mar 2025I had ordered a ribeye steak and it came with pepper sauce which I don't really like. The service said that they were going to rinse my little steak under the tap and so I got my steak back… The steak looked unappetizing and was inedible. No apologies, I didn't get another steak. Very a pity.
