Mr. Rigter, I understand that apparently there are people parking cars on your property who aren't allowed to be there, but how antisocial can you be when you almost verbally abuse a woman (my colleague last week) and cause her to have a crying fit. What kind of man are you then? Put up better signs and do something about your behavior!

A professional and yet attentive to the person. This time a transaction that was bumpy, to put it mildly, but we got out of it beautifully together. Absolutely unwelcoming service. Mees Makelaardij requested registration via Datakeeper, which I hesitated but still tried. Due to an error on the part of Datakeeper, however, I was unable to retrieve my tax authority data, so I called the office and informed them of this. The lady on the phone was friendly enough and said it was fine to send documents by email. However, the person in the email refused to accept this, even after I indicated that I had spoken with Datakeeper support (Datakeeper confirmed the error and suggested that I ask the Makelaardij to send a new Datakeeper request without the tax authority data). Why would you even use a digital service if you are not willing to adapt to its shortcomings? A very unpleasant experience overall.

We rented a property through van der Linden, after a period Mees makelaardij took over the complex. But what poor communication from Mees makelaardij! We are now no longer tenants but are still waiting for our deposit. After several phone calls were made, we were supposed to be called urgently, unfortunately nothing has been heard yet. A bad situation how they deal with tenants or the settlement of former tenants!

Everything was filled out the same day, only to be “welcomed” three days later with the message that it was not possible to view the property because the bidding procedure had been closed. Pointless and customer unfriendly. Your response: “However, the open day had already taken place and the bidding procedure was closed when you sent your registration request via Funda.” Response to your reply: That is evident from my reaction. It bewilders me even more that if this was already known to you, I still received an email inviting me to register? It would be nice if changes were up to date (online) and/or communicated in a timely manner (offline).
