Date unknownAfter the sale of 2 properties of our family through this real estate agency, I requested some information a few years later that was publicly! available. The realtor was not willing to provide it and referred me to other institutions and parties. It would yield him 'nothing'. He was also 'not a service provider, a public institution or an advisory firm'. He even doubted that I was one of the heirs. While I had specific information about the property. Subsequently, he became personal when I said I experienced this phone call as negative. Koudijs, who initially managed the property, provided this information within 5 minutes. A huge difference in mentality.
