Because it was vacation time and the deadline to make an offer was extremely tight, we actually assumed that we had to handle this ourselves. To our surprise, Egbert Jan called us back the same day, with very valuable information. He had reviewed all documents in a very short time and immediately provided a complete and clear advice. The flexibility and thoroughness of that advice really surprised us positively. The subsequent bidding and negotiation process was short and very intense, but excellently guided. Egbert Jan managed to finalize the purchase for us. What struck us most was his personal involvement. Within no time he had dossier knowledge and even on the weekend he arranged things for us. That gave us a lot of confidence and the feeling that we weren't alone. Thanks to his commitment, we were able to buy our dream house!
