Wij hebben helaas een teleurstellende ervaring gehad met dit makelaarskantoor. Sinds 24 februari zijn wij in gesprek geweest over een pand en hebben wij vanaf het begin duidelijk gemaakt dat wij serieuze interesse hadden. Gedurende deze periode hebben wij meerdere keren contact gezocht, maar de communicatie was wisselend en niet altijd transparant. Pas na ongeveer een maand werd ons medegedeeld dat er ineens een andere gegadigde was en dat de verhuurder een keuze moest maken. Dit terwijl wij al die tijd in de veronderstelling waren dat wij de voornaamste partij waren en nog in onderhandeling zaten. Door het gebrek aan duidelijke communicatie hebben wij niet tijdig kunnen schakelen, wat uiteindelijk heeft geleid tot het mislopen van het pand. Het proces heeft bij ons de indruk gewekt dat er onvoldoende transparantie was en dat wij gedurende langere tijd aan het lijntje zijn gehouden. Dat is niet wat je verwacht van een professionele partij. De manier van communiceren en houding tijdens het traject heeft bij ons een ongemakkelijk gevoel achtergelaten.
