The disadvantage of falling in love with a property is that you slowly but surely imperceptibly stretch your boundaries and from emotion want to say 'yes' faster to a counter-offer, just to be able to acquire that dream house. Holding back is sometimes very difficult, but with Marijn's help we did manage to acquire our dream house in Groenekan for a good price.
